📋 All Trades
Every trade in the catalog, predefined and admin-approved alike. "Tradie grid" and "Job grid" control whether it's an always-visible main tile/button on the tradie onboarding grid / job-poster category grid — unchecked just means it only surfaces once someone clicks "Other". Nothing here is hardcoded in the app anymore, so this is the only way to promote or demote a trade.
